With a 1:6 coach-to-player ratio, this program focuses on honing both fundamental and advanced soccer skills. From ball control to precision passing, shooting technique and defending, participants engage in rigorous training sessions designed to elevate their game.
Recognizing that soccer demands peak physical performance, our program also includes fitness and conditioning exercises to ensure participants maintain optimal endurance and agility. We prioritize a player-centered environment where all session plans are crafted to help players improve through teaching and repetition. Our philosophy emphasizes mastering the fundamentals and overcoming challenges. In essence, we believe in doing the basics exceptionally well. Group sessions are available for players ages 7-17


1 on 1 Sessions
During a one-on-one session, parents can communicate their player's specific needs, allowing us to create a customized training plan aimed at enhancing the player's skills. These sessions provide invaluable one-on-one attention, focusing on any particular skill or set of skills. We quickly identify strengths and weaknesses and develop a tailored regimen for rapid improvement. One-on-one sessions are available for players ages 7-17.

With over 10 years of coaching experience at the high school and travel soccer level, and holding a US Soccer Coaching License, Coach Arnaud is committed to helping young athletes reach their full potential. At CASA, our unwavering focus is on player development, and that philosophy remains at the core of everything we do.

CASA is proudly club neutral! We have trainees from multiple club organizations and areas around Fredericksburg and Stafford. Our sole priority is the growth and development of the individual soccer player, so they can achieve their goals! All of our training options provide flexible scheduling so sessions work with your club schedule, not against it.
As long as you are consistent with the training program, you will see improvement in your dribbling, foot work, agility, overall conditioning, shooting technique, confidence on and off the pitch, work ethic, overcoming challenges, self-motivation, passion and LOVE for the game. Essentially, you WILL become a better soccer player.
All sessions are 1 hour long to maintain the intensity.
All sessions are drop-in, so you are not required to purchase a set number of sessions. However, it is crucial to remember that consistent training is necessary to achieve the desired results. Sporadic training, such as attending once every few months, will not lead to success.
We have a 1:6 coach to player ratio for our group sessions and a 1:1 coach to player ratio for our 1on1.
